Kaitlin is a Masters student in the School of Planning, University of Waterloo. She has her Bachelors in Geography (major) and French Literature (minor) from Trent University. She also has B.Ed. (Primary-Junior) with Environmental Education Program Focus from Queen’s University. Her research interest surrounds transportation planning, urban design, housing, downtown revitalization and gentrification. She is currently working with Prof. Dawn parker on “exploring the relationship between transit-induced intensification and retail gentrification in mid-size Canadian cities”.
